Eine Videotanzperformance von Selina Glockner und René Reith im Zwischenraum filmischer Abbildung von Tanz und der Selbstinszenierung filmischer Mittel als Tanz. Aufführung und Aufzeichnung werden auf dem Set einer Performance live miteinander verbunden, und hierarchisch gedachte Prämissen zum Verhältnis von „Original“ und „Reproduktion“ filmtänzerisch in ein sich bedingendes Verhältnis gebracht. Dabei stellt sich das Projekt in einer Zeit von Selfies und Überwachung die Frage: Wie nehmen wir das filmische Bild wahr, wenn wir nach seiner Entstehung fragen (können)?
A video dance performance by Selina Glockner and René Reith in the intervening cinematic depiction of dance and the self-staging of cinematic means as a dance. Performance and recording are combined live on the set of a performance, and hierarchically conceived premises on the relationship between "original" and "reproduction" are brought through cinematic dance skills into a conditional relationship. The project raises the question in a time of selfies and surveillance: How do we perceive the cinematic image when we (can) ask for its creation?
